Deluxe Plastics Expands Capacity and Capabilities With New Facility in Medford, Wis.

Medford, Wis., May 7, 2024—Deluxe Plastics, a leader in custom injection molding and product assemblies, is excited to announce the expansion of its operations with the acquisition and move to a new manufacturing facility in Medford, Wis. This expansion has increased the company’s footprint by more than 120 percent, enhancing both production capacity and services.

The new 100,000-square-foot facility will support Deluxe Plastics’ strategic growth initiatives by providing increased production capabilities and efficiency. The move includes the following upgrades:

• An expanded available space, up from 45,000 square feet.
• Onsite warehouse capabilities, which consolidate operations by housing all materials and products within the same premises. This change will significantly reduce logistics costs and improve operational efficiency.
• An increase to 32 press machines, enhancing throughput significantly.
• A two-booth, self-contained, robotic paint line that reduces the need to outsource, enhancing operational control over production quality and timelines.
• Installation of overhead cranes across all press lines, facilitating faster and safer handling of materials and molds.
