Our Medford Facility

Our Medford facility is a 100,000-square-foot manufacturing and warehouse space equipped to handle high-volume orders of highly complex or tight-tolerance parts. Creating operational efficiency allows us to get parts to you faster. Faster and safer handling of materials and molds is achieved with overhead cranes across all press lines. We leverage advanced automation and robotics to improve performance and execute efficiently to meet your timelines.

This facility also houses a two-booth, self-contained, robotic paint line that provides us with operational control over production quality and timelines.

With a focus on low-volume production runs that benefit from multistep processing, we offer a comprehensive solution, including part design, mold building, injection molding, and secondary operations. We also provide two-shot molding, assembly, custom packaging, and inventory management, creating a comprehensive solution.
